Great news! Most of my solvents and solutes arrived today so that I can start formulating my own skincare (more on this later). It’s tough to be as clean as possible when you don’t know what is in your skincare… or how to pronounce what’s in your skincare. I also received my ParaFy kit from Rogers Hood!! I’m excited to try this out because although I know there are other parasite cleanses out there that work, Rogers Hood is just so affordable and they supply you with all of the resources you need for a successful cleanse. The other thing I love about Rogers Hood is just the mission. They seem so well-intended and transparent about healing the world with their products. If this works, I’ll be in utter disbelief.

I was INCREDIBLY lazy today and literally watched four hours of 1883 (highly recommend). I had planned to go snowboarding this morning and then signed up for a ballet class tonight that I just couldn’t seem to get motivated to go to. Luckily Cory wanted to go to the gym, so I did that with him this evening and popped into the sauna for a bit before a shower. I needed that. Poor Cory is back to work because it’s snowing like the dickens out there. I don’t know how he does it. He works for a homeowners association and they don’t pay him nearly enough money for the job he does. A thankless job. Some of these residents are real sweet, but others just have nothing better to do with their time than to complain or talk shit. He wants to get most of the plowing done tonight so that he can snowboard tomorrow. We’ll finally be able to enjoy some snow.

Wow this is so disjointed because I wanted to explain my plan for the ParaFy kit. I am going to start the cleanse just before the full moon as that is when parasites become most active. Which means I will work on my drainage pathways all month and start the pre-cleanse drink mix called “Gutty”. It’s comprised of organic chia seeds, whole psyllium husk, bentonite clay and coconut activated charcoal. The idea behind Gutty is to make sure your body is eliminating toxins fluidly before starting the cleanse. If you’re not having a good solid poop at least once a day, you probably have some issues there. Other ways I will support my pathways are by dry brushing before showers, sauna-ing whenever I’m at the gym, exercising and drinking as much distilled water as possible.

Phew. I’m so fatigued from doing variably nothing. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
