I am such a crackhead today, it’s nearly midnight and I have planning/shopping ADHD. Mother’s Day gift shopping already? You may think I’m insane, but to truly discover what one desires, one has to be studied. Monica is easy to me, but fickle for most wannabe gift bestowers. Of course I can’t disclose any details at the moment because if she ever found out I was hiding a blog from her she’d scour the internet and tactfully digest every letter I’ve typed here. Besides that, I am thinking about how to fully utilize my 20 days of vacation. A week in April to get away with Cory maybe, a week dedicated to JKs travels, another week off for Dad’s retirement and then I was hoping to take the pole fitness course this October since I was unable to take it in October 2023 due to Donna’s wedding. There is also one every April, but I think I’d prefer that time be allocated to my dear husband. Which then leaves no time off for Christmas… unless of course I’m no longer working with the jewelry store. Who knows at that point. If I could be ever floating I think I would, but it’s not sustainable. Not if you want a family at least. I still plan to create soaps and candles… creature comforts that I have a passion for. It’s just a bit tricky at the moment, working seven days a week and all, but once spring has sprung I am certain I’ll be able to spend more time perfecting the craft.

Wow, I spent too much at Healthy Being today. Cory dropped me off there this morning because the weather has been so unreal the past two days. I got a Mountain Bluebird of course and a decaf coffee to warm my soul. For lunch I strolled in around 3:30P to grab a bowl of soup. Today’s soup was Tuscan vegetable and it was incredible; they just really know how to make a delicious and healthy soup there. After that I decided I was still hungry so I bought another smoothie… the Wild Side. This one has coffee in it, so I again, asked for decaf. The gal that works there is named Emily and she’s the sweetest. I’ve known her for a week and we’re already besties. Haha, I’m kidding, but she is great.

Speaking of Emily, I miss my dear friend Emily. She returned from Detroit the last week of January and I saw her once in the grocery store before she got violently ill. It knocked her out for about a week and I’ve been texting with her, but it’s not the same. We’ll probably get together this week at some point. Her Christmas gift has been in my car for about two months now.

What else… Oh I don’t know. Minor things. People always stop me to ask about my car. I drive a 1987 Toyota Celica; it’s a 5-speed and it’s really in mint condition for how old it is. I love it so much. I’m getting too tired to continue though, tomorrow is a new day.
